Watch the Porsche 911 GT3 rear-steering system work

A handful of manufacturers have offered four-wheel steering in the past including Honda, Nissan, BMW, Mitsubishi, Mazda and, most recently, Acura and Porsche. On Monday, suspension expert Elephant Racing uploaded a video to its YouTube channel demonstrating the feature on the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3. In most four-wheel steering cars--Acura and Porsche included—a computer controls the movable rear wheels.

Concept Car of the Week: Mazda RX500 (1970)

Developed by the Toyo Kogyo Company's advanced design and engineering team, the Mazda RX-500 was described as a ‘mobile test bed for high-speed safety'. Thanks to plastic body panels, the concept weighs only 850kg and is powered by a 491cc rotary engine delivering 247bhp fitted behind the cabin, in front of the rear axle.

Jeep Wrangler gets light updates for 2011

Jeep's iconic Wrangler is getting a light update for 2011 with a new interior and a body-colored roof. The subtle changes are part of Chrysler's plans to dramatically upgrade some vehicles while refining its already solid products. In this case, that means the Wrangler gets a redesigned instrument panel, new storage areas and improved storage and ergonomics.
